Shipments and returns
Delivery fees
For any number of ordered tee shirts, your pack will be delivered free of charge in France. Within Europe, a fixed fee of 9.90 Euros per shipment will be added, and 15.90 Euros for the rest of the world.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. You'll be sent a mail as soon as your package is shipped.
Satisfied or refunded!
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 15 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). You need to send us a mail (info@upegwear.com), where you must mention your order reference, the item(s) you want to return, and if you want a exchange or a refund.
You will be responsible for the return shipment costs. Only the price of the purchased item(s) will be refunded.
In case of an exchange, the shipment costs of the new item, will be free of charge in France, 9.90 Euros within Europe and 15.90 Euros for the rest of the world.
Items should be returned to TREYFORT SARL, 14 avenue Pierre Brossolette, 92240 Malakoff, FRANCE in their original packaging, in "as-new" condition. Items returned damaged, broken or dirty won't be taken back.
Refund of returned items will be done within 30 days, following the reception of your shipment.
